What Is 80s Babies?

A Mom and Baby Dance/exercise class using ALL 80s music and 80s inspired dance moves!
No previous dance experience is required. Just expect to want to sing along.

When is my baby ready to dance?

When your baby has good head and neck control they are ready to groove with us. All babies achieve this milestone at different times. However, 6-10 weeks is a good starting place I've found.
Babies of all ages really love class. The music, the colours, the singing, the rhythms, the movement...they love it all. Remember: If you're happy they're happy.
